1. Introduction
Welcome to KyuPad! By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use KyuPad.
2. Eligibility To access or use the KyuPad platform, you must:
Be an individual, legal person, or other organization with full legal capacity and authority to enter into these terms and to bind yourself or the entity you represent.
Be at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable laws.
Ensure that your use of KyuPad’s services is not prohibited by any applicable law and remains compliant at all times, particularly with laws relating to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing (CTF).
Not have been previously suspended or removed from using KyuPad’s services.
If acting on behalf of a legal entity, have all necessary rights and authorizations to enter into these terms on behalf of that entity.
Assume full responsibility for your use of KyuPad’s services and for any activities that occur under your account, whether conducted by you or any third party.
3. Account Registration and Use
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Prohibited Activities You are prohibited from using KyuPad to:
Engage in any activities that violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right.
Conduct unauthorized or illegal transactions, such as money laundering, illegal gambling operations, financing terrorism, or other criminal activities.
Spread malware, viruses, or other harmful code that may affect the service or other users.
5. Intellectual Property All content on KyuPad, including texts, graphics, logos, images, as well as the trademark, service marks, and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to KyuPad and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under international conventions and applicable laws.
6. Disclaimers KyuPad provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability KyuPad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
8. Governing Law These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KyuPad is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Terms KyuPad reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
